By using the services of RARE Notary, you agree to comply with the terms outlined. We offer notary public services, including general notarization, remote online notarization (RON), loan signings, apostille services, and wedding officiating. All services are available by appointment, and fees must be paid before or at the time of service. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

RARE Notary is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or receive payment for legal advice. For remote services, clients must have the necessary technology and identification for a secure video meeting. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and any personal information will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. RARE Notary reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all matters will be governed by Texas law.
