Cancellation Policy for RARE Notary
At RARE Notary, we aim to provide professional and reliable services. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation or Rescheduling

Once your appointment is confirmed, you may cancel without any charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 fee.
No-Show Fee

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will apply.
Late Arrivals

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late to their appointment may need to reschedule and will incur a $25 late fee. If the appointment cannot be rescheduled the same day, the client will be required to pay for the missed appointment.
Refunds

If you cancel an appointment more than 48 hours in advance and have already made a payment, a full refund will be issued.
